Pick of the Pack–February 21- For Rent by Sandygb

Love this heritage ( but very modern styled) layout by Sandygb . With a gorgeous humerous photo blended with the background but also framed Sandy has done a masterful job of creating a layout that could only be done digitally.

This is a photo of my grandmother (on right) and an unknown relative or friend, probably taken in the late 30s or early 40s. They are standing under a sign that says "For Rent". I would love to know if placing them under this sign was accidental or intentional. LOL.
This is one of those kits that is perfect for baby, contemporary or heritage layouts. Just beautiful!!!
