LUCIDIOM AND DIGITAL SCRAPBOOK PLACE PARTNER ON NEW PHOTO KIOSK DESIGN PROGRAM
New Design Program to be Featured at PMA Show in Orlando
Vienna, VA, February 23, 2006 ' Lucidiom Inc., creator of the original Automated Photo Machine (APM), and Digital Scrapbook Place (DSP) are collaborating on new scrapbook templates for Lucidiom's Luci APM. The designs will be showcased at the Photo Marketing Association (PMA) Show, February 26th through March 1st in Orlando, Fla.
With this new partnership, DSP's designers are creating exclusive scrapbook templates for Lucidiom's Luci APM, so that retail customers can print quick and beautiful scrapbook pages right in the store. DSP members also can take the scrapbook pages they've created at home on their own computers with DSP digital scrapbook kits, save them onto a CD and have them printed on the Luci APM at their local scrapbook or photofinishing retailer.
'DigitalScrapbookPlace.com caters to the digital scrapper. As digital scraping is flourishing and evolving, DSP has been at the forefront with new designs, education and community forums, said Lucidiom Vice President of Scrapbook & Craft Business Development Kesley Anderson. "Lucidiom is excited to partner with DSP to bring high-quality digital scrapbook templates to retail stores. DSP offers a unique alternative to the traditional craft of scrapbooking."
"With Luci, we've found another creative way to bring the digital and paper world together for scrapbookers," commented DSP CEO Margie Lundy. "With this new partnership, we're providing a way for scrapbookers at all levels ' beginner to advanced ' to make pages quickly and easily - while at the same time creating a new profit-making product category for retailers."
Lucidiom is introducing its Luci APM with features tailored just for scrapbookers, such as 12x12 photo printing, unique borders and template designs. Lucidiom's APMs support every digital media type and incorporate Bluetooth and infrared technology for easy camera-phone support. Consumers can choose singles, doubles and index prints, or burn images to CD.
Plus, with the integration of Lucidiom's Photo IQ suite, consumers get the best photos possible with red-eye elimination, cropping and image enhancement. Consumers also can go beyond 4x6 prints to create enlargements and gifts, as well as scan in old photos and scrapbook pages to make duplicate albums.
At the PMA Show, show attendees can print their photos for free at Lucidiom's booth #4361 or at DSP booth #2494, while test-driving this new creative program.

I am proud to say that I have designs available in the new lucidiom machines - They selected my sweet baby kit as one of the sets of initial templates, along with the birthday rules set that I created for the DSP birthday CD.
