We went for a walk down to the beach at the bottom of our road again yesterday - Its probably 5 minutes walk to the closest track through the bush ( there are multiple ways of getting there). There is only foot access and its a real hidden gem - its rare to see more than 2 or 3 families down there at the most at any one time. Its been the place where the kids can safely learn all their water sports because being quite tidal it is shallow for a long distance . Steve puts the boat in at the next bay around which has a boat ramp and then all the kids can swim out to meet him if they didnt go with him in the first place. Perfect for sea biscuiting and learning to water ski, windsurf and sail - and the water is usually much warmer than at the main beaches .
