Each week the members at DSP choose a kit they want to feature - and then they suggest items for bonus kits - there is usually one set for posting a layout using the featured kit and then one for just attending the chat.

Basically if you buy the Frozen Margarita kit and post a layout with it to the Gimme More Gallery by midnight Saturday the 13th EST then I will send you a link to download the new kit Creme de Menthe.
You can receive the Gem Icons just by attending the next chat on Thursday the 11th at 9pm EST.
